A live transport system the yard can share
We designed, built, and launched a live operations system for RG Business Transport — fleet, assignments, billing, staff access, reports, and updates the whole team can share.

The problem
RG Business Transport ran container and lorry work across people and paper. Assignments, hire, fleet, and shipping documents lived in different places. The team needed one system, separate staff access, and lists that stay current while several people work at once.
What we did
We designed and shipped an operations app: sign-in with roles, a dashboard, lorry owners and fleet, container assignments, hire and payments, full-container tracking, reports you can print or export, and an activity log. Several people can work at the same time and see updates without refreshing. We hosted the system and put it on a public domain.
The result
The yard works in one place. Staff assign work, bill hire, track containers, and export reports. Money fields stay with the people who should see them. The system is live for daily use.
