We built and improved a multi-branch ERP and POS for retail shops and restaurants — checkout, stock, purchases, staff, loyalty, and reports, with company and branch logins.

The problem
Retail shops and restaurants needed one system for the till, stock, staff, and reports — not a checkout tool in one place and spreadsheets in another. Company and branch teams had to log in separately. Restaurants also needed tables and waiters, not only a shop till.
What we did
We designed and built the product as a multi-tenant ERP. On the till: billing, discounts, returns, recent bills, cash drawer, and receipts. Sale details, tax, and totals stay consistent from checkout to the invoice. At the branch: products, stock (adjust, transfer, return), purchases, suppliers, employees, roles, and customers. For restaurants: tables and waiters. We added sales, purchase, and product reports, role-based access, and live till updates so the floor sees the same bill.
The result
Shops and restaurants run checkout and back office in one system. Company and branch staff use their own logins. Stock, purchases, and reports match the till. Restaurants can seat tables and assign waiters. Permissions keep money and stock with the right people.
